Meet the Minister

Rev Waisea Logologo came to the Grahamstown Uniting Church at the end of February 2021 after spending 10 years in the Fiji Parish of Canterbury, Sydney, and 9 months as Minister in Supply at Hurstville City Uniting Church. Prior to this, he served in the church in Fiji for 25 years.

He loves fishing, growing veggies in his backyard and is passionate about rugby. A man of prayer, he has a deep love for his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. From a very early age (7), Waisea knew that he was called to the ministry of the church, and he continues to follow that call to this day.

How do I say his name? Waisea is fijian for Isaiah and pronounced in the american way ... Why - say - ah. 

He is supported in his ministry by his wife and family.
